Before we know it, December has crept up on us again and once more I find myself in a flurry of activity getting ready to go away for the last few weeks of the year. The past few weeks has definitely been a busy time for both of us with back to back shoots every weekend and the first of these is Kong Fui and Yii Ping's registration of marriage.
It seems like just yesterday that we photographed for them on their super sweet and touching proposal and now they are registering their marriage. Being able to watch couples that we photograph progress on their journey to being married really gives a special feeling that I can't put into words. It's like we're growing along with them too!
Their registration of marriage was held at Desa Park City's clubhouse and was an intimate affair with only close family in attendance. I loved all the little details, from the hyacinth centerpiece to the paper flowers that the bride handmade with the groom for decoration.
After the simple but beautiful ceremony, we took the opportunity to shoot a few casual portraits for the couple for memories' sake and I especially loved the narrow wall of plants outside.
Congratulations once again to the both of you and thank you for letting us shoot you and share in such a special moment in your lives. It's our hope that a few years (or many years) from now, you'll look back on these photos and remember the joy and happiness on the day you made your love for each other official (in the eyes of the law). Enjoy married life!! :)
