We've seen plenty of church weddings being held at City Harvest KL, but we'd never actually attended one before until Merlvyn and Joy's big day on Labour Day. Joy used the rose petals from the photoshoot to cover the whole aisle and also dinner reception stage and this cast such a romantic feel over the proceedings, and an elegant one at that too thanks to Joy's theme of red and black.
These photos were taken sneakily throughout the day, and from a particularly nice corner that I camped out in for fifteen to twenty minutes so I could capture the first kiss and exchange of rings. As wedding photographers ourselves, we know full well how frustrating it is to turn up to a wedding and have a bunch of guests or relatives shoving cameras in the couple's faces and blocking every important shot. So I just tried to stay out of the way while capturing as much as I could.
Congrats again on your big day, Merlvyn and Joy!
